With innovative solutions targeted at reliable and secure transmission of rapidly growing amounts of data and video needed for today’s applications, Belden is at the center of the global transformation to a connected world. Founded in 1902, the company has around 7,900 employees and $2.6 billion in sales, is headquartered in St. Louis and has manufacturing capabilities in North and South America, Europe and Asia.

At the same time, existing and planned investments remain even more stable and secure with the Belden group as your stable and reliable partner.
Felix Kollmar will remain as the Business Leader of CloudRail and provide leadership in both realizing the strategic opportunity for the combined businesses and planning the integration into Belden.
